Welcome to existence, the act of living one’s life through hard times and good times. Existence is taking in the beauty all around you, even when shrouded by the dark clouds of negativity or despair. To be fully aware of your existence, you need to first be aware of your mental or spiritual consciousness, and only then will one truly be able to “exist”. Some people who are filled and driven by hatred fail to make this connection and instead of masterfully existing, they’re more or less just “there”. The reward of being physically and mentally conscious of your existence is being able to live your life to its fullest. Existence is yours and it’s something that can’t ever be taken away from you, even long after you’re gone. If you take the time to build a legacy, the future will take the time to remember it. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, but merely transformed from one thing to another. Don’t worry yourself about which view, or interpretation of existence is correct. Just exist in the HERE and NOW every day, that’s all you need to do, that’s all that matters.

Bagels
I love bagels. They go great with so many things. Butter, jam, cream cheese, and they even work as the bread part of a sandwich. These delicious baked products are very popular in Poland and North America, but did you know that they originated mainly from Germany? Even though they’ve come from across the pond, bagel aficionados will tell you that New York is the king of all bagel cities, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better bagel shop than what the big apple has to offer. You can oftentimes find these tasty baked rings of bread with various toppings such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onions, and more. One popular kind of bagel has lox toppings, which is a salmon product with added cream cheese and other toppings, thereby making it a complete meal. As I end this blog, a quick question for you. What do you deserve in life that is also a type of bagel? The answer? Everything.
Bald Eagles
Being reincarnated into an animal is something I believe to be possible. Perhaps unlikely, improbable, but definitely possible. Have you ever thought about what you’d reincarnate into if faced with the question? Or if you don’t believe in reincarnation, have you ever wondered what it’d be like to be an animal, even for a day? I know you have, and in that case, which would you want to be? After some thought, I wish that I could be the prestigious bald eagle. I’d sore high above the clouds, elevating my spirit to planes it’s never witnessed before. As an eagle, I can be wild and free. Nothing shall contain me. I can almost imagine the feeling of having a powerful beak, sharp talons, and eyes that can rival a pair of binoculars. To be the solitary bird of prey; not for a day, but an afterlife.
Lake Fed by Melted Snow
The night sky starts as a pale grey before transitioning to dark blue. The lake is well below the docks as opaque sheets of ice slowly lurk across the surface of the water. I can see my breath in the air, but it doesn’t feel cold outside. The temperatures are rising, and the ice and snow at the base of the mountain are starting to melt. It starts to lightly rain. The light of the moon makes the precipitation in the air look like fog. Within a day, the lake will grow nearly one-third of its current size as the ice and snow will soon change into water. I can walk under the docks now, but tomorrow night will tell a different story. A lake fed by melted snow is a beautiful sight to behold.
Dogs – Was Man’s Best Friend, Once Man Himself?
While I’m out on my ventures, there’s a lot of time spent traveling. And while I don’t have a lot of free time on my hands, I oftentimes find myself using the little bit that I do accrue to drum up and get lost in strange theories. For instance, are dogs just reincarnated people? Perhaps cats? Or any other animal for that matter? In the case of dogs, anyone that has shared a living space with one for some time will most likely attest to the fact that they occasionally exhibit human-like tendencies now and again. Is this due to them watching and learning from us? Or is my Australian Labradoodle the living embodiment of a 9th-century Scandinavian farmer?
